Cadillac Lakeland is great! I needed to have my windshield replaced, which was handled at the dealership. The process from drop off, to getting a loaner vehicle to pick up, was fast and easy. All service personnel were professional and courteous. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because, while my vehicle was washed prior to pick up, it wasn’t vacuumed and the front passenger floorboard was definitely in need of vacuuming and there was fine dust along the dashboard. I’m certain it was an oversight, but I did withhold the 4th star, as a result.

Efficient, clean. Comfortable., donuts or cookies, clean car when done, send reminders, give sometimes discounts

I purchased my Subaru from this location in 2018. I have continued my maintenance here throughout the vehicle's lifetime. This most recent visit I was very happy with the service time and quality of the work. Austin Smith was courteous and quick to respond. It is a 45+ minute drive for me to this location, so I am willing to make this time investment for good quality and efficient repair work.

We just purchased our 2025 XT4 so we have only meet the sales and service personnel. We are pleased with our sales experience . Service experience is yet to come...

Subaru is a trusted, reliable vehicle. The battery is very expensive for the Forester make.

I paid for service that was actually covered under my Subaru extended warranty. It took almost 6 weeks, tons of phone calls and great aggravation to finally get reimbursed.

Marco did a great job Communicating and updating the progress. The loaner car process was awesome. However, we had a problem with the car heading to the dealer, it started shuttering with multiple alarm messages. It lasted not even a minute and cleared itself. I mentioned this when I dropped the car off and they found a misfire code. They could not replicate and did a quick check and found nothing. They are polite professional and productive. The people at Cadillac Lakeland informed me that my two front widows repair was covered by a special extended warranty from Subaru Due to poor seal fit. The motors attenuators and tracks all replaced & all covered on an 8 year old Outback, could have cost me thousands at a local shop(non Subaru dealer).

This dealership has customer service at a 5-Star status and I didn't expect it to really be a 6-Star No lines, and everyone was on the same page. Repair work seemed good. Staff very helpful and courteous. I was dissatisfied with the how long the appointment took. I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was stuck there for over 2 hours. That is just not acceptable.

This was a routine maintenance visit. They performed the oil change etc. quickly and found no other problems. I will say it was more expensive than I would like. Other dealerships offer deals and coupons for return customers.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation which got done pretty quickly but after running it through the car wash it was parked in an out of the way spot.
