This is not the first time my wife and I have had issues with this particular location . Our problems started last summer . We took the car in to get the AC checked out . I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix a few issues, the seat back on the driver side, and a couple of issues related to interior lighting. I know the car is 15 years old, but I was hoping they could provide solutions.
I was given an appointment time to come see a CT5-V. The next day I drove almost 2 hours one way just to be told that the battery died on the car and that I could not even sit in it because the doors would not open. I come back the next day to potentially purchase the car and they did some shady business and they only gave me $1,000 in discounts when the original agreement was $1,500 in discounts. My service advisor Billie is excellent and explains everything very well. She also will work to ensure repairs are covered under warranty. The techs completed the job and did a great job.

Keith has a wealth of experience, along with anecdotal information from owning the same vehicle for over 3 years.

I’m on my 21st caddy and so sorry the CT 6 is only available in battery powered. I will never own a battery powered car. . If a gas utility vehicle is not available, I will probably have to buy another American made car

A $3,000 car care package was added to the invoice without my authorization. The offer on my trade-in was low. My wife was not pleased. She felt we were not treated with "repsect and dignity."

Eric Guerrero was my salesman and he was very communicative, knowledgeable, explained a lot about the features of the car and most important he did not pressure us to close the sale.
Keith was wonderful to work with. He didn’t try to inflate his numbers. He didn’t pressure us. He was super knowledgeable and was great with showing us all the features the Vistiq had and even set them up for us before we left. I would certainly buy another car from Keith.
I worked with a car broker to get this deal, and everything was great, however, I took one star away because the car wasn’t clean (it was NOT filthy, but it wasn’t clean) and the driver got out of my car with a huge cup of soda that was sweating on the car’s cup holder. Again, no big deal, the car is great and the service was fast, but with $2.5k in upfront fees I’d expect my new lease to arrive in impeccable conditions. David was so helpful in the service department. He called us to keep us informed on what they were doing to solve the problems we were having with our Cadillac. They had us a loaner so we didn’t have to wait. They kept the car over night and made sure it was washed when picked it up. It’s been a pleasure doing business with Lakeland Cadillac.
Kieth was able to easily answer all questions we had and presented all options to help us choose between 2 different vehicles. Very positive experience.

Good technicians and body shop. Used the App to make an appointment. Upon arrival, the service department did NOT have our appointment. Used coupon for a $99 oil change and tire rotation. However there was a $11.69 "Misc Charges" fee on the invoice!!

Darryl was great but he did the typical salesman tactics of leaving the office to ask his manager to review the offer. After the purchase, Jessica stepped in. She was nice as well. I know she was doing her job but the long lineage of things that took place regarding extended warranty options did not appeal to us at all.
There is not enough that I can say about this dealership that can describe the great service that they provide. Genuine, personable and friendly. They always treat you like family, welcome you back as if you were missed and even apologize when they were not there at your last visit or appointment. They always make me feel valued and makes me want to always got there for all the services on my car until it is not or when it is gone.

It was a pleasure meeting Keith at the Dealership. He answered the questions I had. I should have tried out the navigation aspect of the radio. Apparently it hadn't been updated from 2012, but there are work arounds for that. It is a beautiful vehicle
