Took my XT4 in for service today, oil change, replace engine air filter & a "rattle" on the passenger side window/door. I can't say enough of good things about my service rep, Billie & the entire techs @ Cadillac Lakeland. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership & their service dept, especially "Billie." It's ALWAYS a pleasant experience when I go there!!!!! You should try them!!!!!!!

I am always well taken care of. Billie (behind the desk) always is cheerful and helpful. The car came back with everything completed. Billie called me during the day to inform me of the costs for various needed services before beginning so I could make the choice. I'm always provided with a loaner free of charge so I can go about my day. They are friendly, fast and thorough. And if I were ever thinking of upgrading my car to a newer model, I would definitely go here first.
